Dr. Aisha has been researching, practicing, and teaching mindfulness for over 20 years. Dr. Aisha has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT200). Dr. Aisha is passionate about sharing yoga and mindfulness practices and supporting the holistic health and well-being of clients and participants with whom she works.

Dr. Aisha provides customized virtual retreats and workshops for organizations and individuals which can include yoga, mindfulness, sound, self-compassion, and other holistic mind-body healing practices. Participants experience practices that soothe the mind-body-spirit and learn ways to incorporate these practices into daily life.
